Order Process
Our website serves as a catalogue. Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp, where payment, delivery, and product details are finalized. Orders are confirmed only after payment.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing including delivery charges will be confirmed during WhatsApp discussion.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required for regular orders unless agreed otherwise. Bulk orders require 50% advance and 50% before dispatch. Processing begins only after payment confirmation.
Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines are shared during order confirmation. Shipping charges vary based on location and product size. Delays caused by courier or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.
Return & Replacement
Returns are generally not accepted. Replacements are allowed only if:
• Damaged during shipping
• Wrong product delivered
Report within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
Custom Products
Handmade bamboo products may have natural variations. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or cancelled once production starts.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped. For bulk/custom orders, advance payment is non-refundable after production begins.
Intellectual Property
All website content including designs, images, and branding belongs to BambuVilla Infratech LLP and cannot be used without permission.
